The Team

Larry Maniccia

General Manager

 

Larry has been with DAI Ceramics for 11 years.  In this time he has served in various capacities including Process/Product Engineer and Engineering Manager prior to being appointed GM in 2008.

 

As General Manager some of Larry’s key responsibilities include P&L, strategic planning, business development, systems analysis, development, and integration.

 

Prior to DAI, Larry worked for five years as a Development Engineer at a high tech non-oxide ceramics manufacturer.  His duties included development of processes and materials used mainly in the electronic and semiconductor industry.  While serving in that capacity he was awarded one United States patent and has one patent currently pending.

 

Larry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Ceramic Engineering from Alfred University and a MBA from John Carroll University.
