Production Control Manager
Rick joined DAI Ceramics in 1994. As Production Control Manager, Rick is responsible for processing sales orders, production scheduling, inventory control, shipment of product and some aspects of customer service.
Rick has in excess of 16 years experience in the ceramic industry and twenty-five years in Production Control Management.
Rick obtained his Associate Degree and has maintained his continual education in various certificate training such as MRP, JIT, SPC, Employee Participation Teams, Industrial Human Behavior and Management affectivity.
